Designed with ingenuity, this nova titan 3 meter square pergola features a remarkable built-in drainage system. Instead of manually opening the louvred roof to allow water drainage, rainwater that lands on the louvres effortlessly flows into U-shaped channels. From there, the water is guided through channels in the pergola framework and into the horizontal structure. Ultimately, the rainwater finds its way inside the hollow pergola legs and drains vertically to the ground. This ingenious system ensures that the water remains unseen and prevents rainwater from dripping under the sheltered area when the louvres are opened while wet.

Assembly of this pergola is required, and we recommend the assistance of 2-3 individuals to safely lift and assemble it. The estimated build time is approximately 2 hours. To secure the pergola to the ground, expansion bolts are supplied as standard. For optimal stability, we strongly advise mounting the pergola on a flat, solid surface, such as concrete bases. It is essential to securely bolt all pergola legs to the floor using the holes provided in each leg base plate.

Our pergolas do not typically require planning permission. However, if you have any uncertainties, we recommend reaching out to your Local Planning Office for clarification.
