One remarkable feature is the built-in drainage system, eliminating the need to open the louvred roof to let water drain. Any rainwater that lands on the louvres flows smoothly into U-shaped channels. From there, the water finds its way from the roof and into channels within the pergola framework. Once in the horizontal framework, the rainwater flows into the inside of the hollow pergola legs and drains vertically to the ground. This ingenious system ensures that water drainage remains discreet and prevents rainwater from dripping under the sheltered area when the louvres are opened while wet.

Assembly of the Nova Titan 4 meter by 3 meter pergola is required, and we recommend the assistance of 2-3 individuals for safe lifting and assembly. The estimated build time is approximately 2 hours. To secure the pergola to the ground, expansion bolts are provided as standard. For optimal stability, we strongly advise mounting the pergola on a flat, solid surface such as concrete bases. It is highly recommended to securely bolt all pergola legs to the floor using the holes within each leg base plate.

Our pergolas typically do not require planning permission. However, if you have any uncertainties, we recommend reaching out to your Local Planning Office for clarification.

Please note that if you plan to purchase our privacy screens, which are sold separately, you will need to drill into the pergola top and legs to securely attach them. Additionally, please be aware that a maximum of 3 privacy screens can be used per pergola, as the side with the handle is not designed to accommodate a screen.
