The 6 meter by 3 meter pergola incorporates a smart built-in drainage system that eliminates the need to open the louvred roof for water drainage. Rainwater that lands on the louvres flows into U-shaped channels, which guide the water down the roof and into the pergola framework. From there, the water flows into the hollow pergola legs and drains vertically to the ground. This ingenious system prevents visible water dripping under the sheltered area when the louvres are open and wet.

Assembly of the pergola is required, and we recommend having 2-3 people present for safe lifting and assembly. The estimated build time is approximately 2 hours. To secure the pergola to the ground, expansion bolts are provided as standard. We strongly advise mounting the pergola on a flat, solid surface such as concrete bases. It is essential to securely bolt all pergola legs to the floor using the holes within each leg base plate.

It’s worth noting that our pergolas generally do not require planning permission. However, if you have any uncertainties, we recommend reaching out to your Local Planning Office for guidance.
